How do I book with VivLuxury?
Simply contact us with your event details (date, location, and items needed). Once availability is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
When is my remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your event, unless otherwise agreed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, cash, Venmo and invoice payments.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location.
Can I pick up the items myself?
No. Bounce houses and inflatable tents must not be used in rain, storms, or high winds for safety reasons.
Can inflatables be used in bad weather?

Do I need to clean the items before returning?
Yes, items should be returned clean and in good condition. Cleaning fees may apply if not.
