By booking with VivLuxury Event Decor & Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event
  • No booking is confirmed without payment and confirmation
  • Accepted payments: Card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or invoice

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

Rental Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all rental items during the rental period, including:

  • Safe use and transportation
  • Preventing damage or theft
  • Returning items clean and on time
  • Damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
  • Cleaning fees starting at $50 may apply if items are returned dirty.

DIY Rentals

  • DIY rentals are offered at discounted pricing. Clients are responsible for:
  • Pickup and return
  • Setup and breakdown
  • Loading and unloading

A valid ID is required for all orders.

Refundable security deposit aplies to all rentals and it is due at the time of pickupor delivery. The Amount will be decided by the seller.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery fees vary by location. Clients must ensure:

  • Clear access to the setup area
  • Accurate delivery information
  • Safe venue conditions

Additional charges may apply for delays, long walking distances, or late-night pickups.

  • Cancellation & Weather Policy
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • No refunds due to weather

Equipment must not be used during unsafe weather conditions.

Liability Waiver

Vivluxury Event decor & Party Rentals, it’s owner, and any affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or misuse of rental equipment.

Clients agree to supervise guests and use all rental items safely.

Bounce House & Inflatable Waiver

For all inflatable rentals:

  • Adult supervision (25+) is required at all times
  • No rough play, flips, shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, or overcrowding
  • Equipment must not be moved or used during bad weather

Clients accept full responsibility for all participants and release any waivers applies to the business and anyone affiliated with the business from all liability related to inflatable use.

Decor Disclaimer

Final setups may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to venue space, availability, or setup restrictions.

By booking, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms.
