Delivery Information
At VivLuxury Event Decor & Party Rentals, all rentals are available as DIY (Do-It-Yourself) rentals at discounted pricing. Customers are responsible for pickup, setup, breakdown, and return of all items. Delivery services are also available for an additional fee based on location.
DIY Pickup Rentals
Clients are responsible for:
- Pickup and return on time
- Safe transportation
- Setup and breakdown
- Returning items clean and in original condition
A valid government-issued ID is required for all orders.
Delivery Services
We offer:
- Delivery only
- Pickup only
- Delivery & pickup
- Delivery with setup
Clients must:
- Be present during delivery/pickup
- Ensure clear and safe access
- Provide enough setup space and power access if needed
Please Note:
- First-floor delivery only
- No stairs
- Pets must be secured away from the delivery area
Additional fees may apply for:
- Long walking distances
- Delays or waiting time
- Late-night pickups
- Difficult venue access
- Rental Period & Returns
Standard rentals are for same-day or next-day return unless otherwise agreed.
Late returns will be charged the full rental rate for each additional day.
Weather & Safety
Inflatables and bounce houses must not be used during unsafe weather conditions such as rain, storms, or strong winds.
Adult supervision (25+) is required at all times for inflatable rentals.
